According to Islamic tradition, Allah commanded a spider to weave a web over the entrance of the cave. When the Quraysh arrived and saw the spider web covering the cave's entrance, they assumed that no one could have entered the cave recently. They thought that it would be impossible for anyone to enter the cave without breaking the web. Consequently, they abandoned their search, and the Prophet and Abu Bakr remained safe inside.

This incident demonstrates the profound belief in Allah's divine protection for His chosen messengers and those who sincerely follow His guidance. The spider's actions, guided by Allah, played a pivotal role in saving the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Abu Bakr, enabling them to reach Medina safely.
